1. はじめに

配信者・動画投稿者の皆さま、当社ガイドラインをご確認いただきありがとうございます。
株式会社ワイルドドッグ（以下「当社」）は、当社コンテンツに関するゲーム実況・ライブ配信・動画投稿（以下「配信等」）を歓迎しています。本ガイドラインは、配信等を円滑に行っていただくための基本的なルールを定めるものです。

2. 適用範囲

本ガイドラインは、個人・法人、営利・非営利を問わず、当社コンテンツの配信等を行うすべての方に適用されます。

3. 用語の定義

• 当社コンテンツ：当社が提供するゲーム本体・アップデート・公式映像/画像・音声・ロゴ・その他関連素材を指します。
• 二次利用（当社による）：当社が X（旧Twitter）、Discord、Steam 等の公式アカウントやウェブサイト等で、皆さまの投稿画像や動画を紹介・引用・埋め込み等の方法でマーケティング・広報目的に利用することを指します。

4. 配信・投稿の可否

配信等は、禁止事項に抵触しない限り、事前連絡や個別許諾なく自由に行っていただけます（収益化の有無も問いません）。

5. 当社による二次利用

皆さまが投稿した当社コンテンツを含む映像・画像は、当社のマーケティング活動等に二次利用させていただく場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
※原則として出典表示・投稿者名等の適切なクレジット付与に努めます（プラットフォーム仕様により表示できない場合があります）。

6. 禁止事項

次のいずれかに該当、または該当するおそれのある配信・投稿はお控えください。

• 個人、特定の団体・企業への攻撃・誹謗中傷を目的とする、又はそのように受け取られる表現
• 政治、宗教、特定の信条の宣伝・勧誘（例：当社製品を用いたカルト宗教等の宣伝）
• 公序良俗に反する表現、過度に暴力的・猥褻な表現、違法行為の助長
• 当社又は第三者の権利（所有権、著作権その他知的財産権、名誉・信用、プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
• 当社の公式発信と誤認されるおそれのある表現（当社の許可なく「公式」等を名乗る行為を含む）
• プラットフォームの規約や適用法令に違反する行為
• その他、当社が不適切と判断するもの

7. 免責

• 本ガイドラインは配信等を支援するためのものであり、特定の行為の適法性・安全性等を保証するものではありません。配信等に起因して生じた一切の事象・損害について、当社は責任を負いかねます。
• 本ガイドラインに反すると当社が判断した場合、当社は削除・掲載停止等の申立てや、必要な対応を行うことがあります。

1. Introduction

Thank you for reviewing our guidelines. Wild Dog, Inc. (the “Company”) welcomes game streaming, live broadcasting, and video uploads related to our content (“Streaming”). These guidelines set out basic rules to help you stream smoothly.

2. Scope

These guidelines apply to all individuals and organizations, whether for-profit or non-profit, who conduct Streaming using the Company’s content.

3. Definitions

• Company Content: The game software we provide, updates, official videos/images, audio, logos, and other related materials.
• Secondary Use (by the Company): Our use of your posted images or videos for marketing and PR purposes by introducing, quoting, or embedding them on official accounts or websites, including X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and Steam.

4. Permission to Stream/Post

As long as you do not violate the Prohibited Conduct below, you may conduct Streaming without prior notice or individual permission, regardless of whether it is monetized.

5. Secondary Use by the Company

Images and videos you post that include Company Content may be secondarily used by the Company for marketing and promotional activities. Thank you for your understanding.
We will make reasonable efforts to display attribution (such as the poster’s name), although platform specifications may prevent such display in some cases.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Please refrain from Streaming or posts that fall under, or may be deemed to fall under, any of the following:

• Expressions intended to attack or defame individuals or specific groups/companies, or that could reasonably be perceived as such
• Promotion or solicitation of politics, religion, or specific beliefs (e.g., using our products to promote cults)
• Expressions contrary to public order and morals, excessively violent or obscene content, or encouragement of illegal acts
• Acts that infringe the rights of the Company or third parties (including ownership, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, honor/credit, privacy, etc.)
• Expressions that could cause confusion with the Company’s official communications (including claiming to be “official” without authorization)
• Acts that violate platform terms or applicable laws and regulations
• Any other content the Company deems inappropriate

7. Disclaimer

• These guidelines are intended to support Streaming and do not guarantee the legality or safety of any specific activity. The Company bears no liability for any events or damages arising from Streaming.
• If the Company determines that Streaming is conducted in violation of these guidelines, it may request removal or suspension and take any necessary measures.
